1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Habstract ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Use of the App

Habstract is a personal habit tracking application. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the App or its contents.

3. In-App Purchases

Habstract offers optional paid subscriptions and a one-time lifetime purchase ("Habstract Pro") that unlock additional features. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store.

• Monthly and yearly subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods
• Lifetime purchase is a one-time, non-refundable payment

4. Free Tier Limitations

Free accounts are limited to 3 habits and 5 daily tasks. These limits may change at any time.

5. iCloud Sync

Habstract Pro users may use iCloud to sync data across devices. Sync requires an active iCloud account and internet connection. We are not responsible for data loss due to iCloud service interruptions.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of Liability

CherneyWerks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of data or streaks.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States.
